It's as backwards as "I could care less."

Even something as dumb as "raining cats & dogs" probably started out as some metaphor that was self-explanatory in context.
I love AOC. She’s the gift that keeps on giving to all of us who enjoy watching the supposed best and brightest of us make themselves look like idiots. Not to mention, people like you and a few other posters are forced to defend her statements by engaging in verbal gymnastics that would make Mary Lou Retton break a hip. Meanwhile, the same ones trying to make AOC look less like a moron are picking apart Trump’s every statement for misuse of the English language. Better than SNL was in its heyday.

What could go wrong with a Latina Socialist in the Americas. She comes from a long line of Socialists/Communists that brought so much success to west: Castro, Chavez, Maduro, Ortega, Raul Grijalva

Yeah. Basic reading comprehension is verbal gymnastics... to Trumpettes.

Is "Trumpette" your lackluster attempt at an insult? I'm a libertarian, not a "Trumpette". Voted for Gary Johnson in 16, will more than likely vote third party in 2020. I have zero issue with pointing out the stupidity on both sides, it's just that Democrats are making too easy of a target to pass right now. Low hanging fruit and all that, you know?

Please, though, carry on with your vain attempts to convince people that AOC isn't a shining example of cluelessness. It amuses me almost as much as having people call me a Trump supporter.

Because you're rational... and no shrieking.
