Judge Jackson went easy on him, sentencing wise.

So when does that funny shaped head loser report to federal prison?

Roger Stone is the 6th (sixth) person associated with Donald Trump that is headed to federal prison.

Haha!

yes, an appeal of the verdict, not a new trial.

stone's attorney ( as far as i know ) hasn't even hinted at the possibility of an appeal nor have they questioned the validity of the evidence presented against stone during the trial. it seems all their hope lies in trying to convince a judge of jury misconduct and that's not going to happen ( IMO ) from the evidence presented to date.

The Judge must remain impartial. Taking on the role of the prosecution, is grounds for appeal, all in itself.
Then we have an impartial juror... or 2 and it blows up to be a criminal offense.

Official Oppression.

Looks like Roger has a problem if he doesn't get another trial.

According to the Constitution, verbatim, with impeachment being mentioned specifically, Trump cannot pardon him.

That leaves him two options - tell what he knows about his 40-year relationship with Donnie in exchange for a sentence reduction, or do the time.

In other words, it looks like Trump may have a problem. Time will tell.

That's ridiculous. Stone wasn't impeached. Trump can pardon him if he wants.

That leaves him two options - tell what he knows about his 40-year relationship with Donnie in exchange for a sentence reduction, or do the time.

He's already been sentenced, so too late. And, even if he got another shot, whey would he sing now if he didn't earlier?

In other words, it looks like Trump may have a problem. Time will tell.
