We cannot have a functioning republic when one side chooses sides with people who are quite lterally invading the country. Fortunately, structural forces have already eiiminated some of this, and, after four years of Trump and another Supreme Court pick when Ginsburg dies, we can get some good voter ID laws, end sanctuary cities, and put the knife in the treason of the Democrat party.

'Civil War-type' violence. Open battles involving Divisions of trained soldiers--years-long campaigns to gain territory...blockades of coastlines to interdict supplies.
