Democrats are all up in arms about the remark BUT when Democrats called Trump “Hitler”....all silence!
Both have Jewish family members or are Jewish as Bernie is.
As a Jewish person, I’m appalled by any Hitler remark to anyone who hasn’t killed anyone.
If anyone wants to call Trump “Hitler” because of killing the Iran murdered or any other terrorist than all Presidents are under the same label, of doing what is best for the Country and we the people.
But Trump was called “Hitler” by the left prior to be inaugurated. Even some Jewish Democrats uttered these words and I cut ties with them after at first debating the name calling. The main reason these Jewish people mention that comparison to me had to do with hardly any knowledge of the Holocaust even though they are Jewish. Their parents came here prior to WWII and they didn’t lose any family members during WWII.
Many of my family members were gassed in Auswitz and other camps.
Even Chris Matthews remarks are appalling...were was the same outrage as when Trump was called the same.
Democrats make me understand why I’m a Conservative and each day, more support the Best President America has and probably will have for a long time. George Washington was also a great President and Trump is beside him or maybe even better because of the hate of the left, disgusting tactics and hatred by the left. Including planning a coup on the President of the USA!
These people are earning millions per year to be talking heads for their billionaire owners. They dont like that one candidate is not bought off by big money special interests.

Maybe they just realize that Bernie is intent on destroying America with his radical leftist/socialist policies. Did you hear him refer to "our" people, specifically saying he includes the "undocumented"? IOW, he includes illegal aliens, who broke into our country in violation of our immigration laws in their eagerness to soak up American taxpayer benefits, as "our" people. He's incentivizing illegal aliens to break the law and flood in at a rate even higher than they are doing now.

I've found that many leftist Jews are merely culturally Jewish and don't actually adhere to the tenants of the faith. That said, it really shouldn't matter as the actual Hitler didn't care whether you were culturally Jewish or devout. If you could be tagged as a Jew, you were going to the concentration camps and to your death This is what makes such comparisons (and, to be clear, its a disgusting comparison regardless of whether you're Jewish or not) all the more disgraceful. People should know better and those who make such comparisons should be shamed.

Agree, 100%. The irony here, as pointed out by the OP, is that a leftist "journalist" is appalled that a presidential candidate is being likened to Hitler while leftists have been comparing Trump to Hitler for the last two years, and worse, saying that Jews who support Trump are Hitler's Germans. (They may not say that directly, but when they say that people who support Trump are like Nazis, and 1/3rd of Jews voted for Trump, well.....that's what they're saying.) And I agree with you that any parallels invoking Hitler's name are disgraceful.

The corner stones of today's Progressives, Democrats, Leftists, etc., are Hypocrisy and a Double Standard. It is just who and what they are. It is also called DISHONESTY.
Not a big fan of Bernie Sanders although if its Trump vs. Sanders I'd go with Sanders and then wait the 4 years out to elect someone better. As far as the Hitler comments to whomever, history is our best teacher. Things didn't happen overnight. But the beginnings of it with Hitler and others like Mussolini are what we are seeing today. If allowed to continue we could have a Hitler/Mussolini type person as President.
