Biden rally attendees can chant "Lock Him Up" because once Trump is out of office, he's is open for indictment. The only reason he wasn't already indicted is due to Presidential Immunity. Dem chants of "Lock Him Up" are very real. He could be in prison by 2021. Or pardoned. Biden wants the country to heal and would likely pardon Trump. Voters can still chant "Lock Him Up", because it's a possibility that Trump is locked up.
What is Joe Biden alleged to have done wrong? In other words, can you identify a specific act or omission by Joe Biden that is alleged to have been corrupt or illegal?
They are being investigated. AFTER the investigation, if the evidence warrants, then specific charges will be brought. You are putting the cart before the Horse.
They are not going to make potential charges & heresay public at this juncture.
Of course, they have adequate evidence of wrongdoing to open these costly investigations, or they wouldn't have done so.
Joe threatening to withhold US foreign aid until a Ukrainian official was fired is illegal, even if Obama was behind it. Remember the Trump IN-peachment hearings? Its illegal to impede appropriations approved by Congress for foreign aid.
Also, Hunter and Joe's Brothers being paid millions by a Ukrainain utility company WHILE Joe was responsible for American-Ukranian foregn affairs is highly suspicious. Was there coersion?
Why yes, this is the main reason Biden is running - - to hopefully win and cover up his and Hunter's corruption
So long as Joe is a Presidential candidate, that does provide some level of cover for him and his family...until evidence of crimes are uncovered, and then they lower the BOOM on them all.

Once the DOJ has the Bidens in prison, they can start on the Obamas, then the Clintons. It will be a great day in America when all of these crooks are behind bars.
They have already re-opened the probe into Hillary's private server. She is going to have to answer a LOT more pointed questions about that soon. Last time she was questoned, it was by the Dems, and they asked softball questons and accepted generalized non-answers. This time will be very different.
They have not gone directly after Obama yet, but you never know where all of these investigations may lead.
