Just read where hospital personnel are making masks from supplies bought at hobby shops.

Is this for real?
One major medical supplier for both the private sector and the military on the East Coast advising that they cannot accept new orders for PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as they have none. One large hospital system near me advised staff they only have a 3 weeks supply of masks. What a mess.

My God. What a disaster of a press conference. They need to invoke the 25th and remove this clown.

Eh, not really. That's a huge stretch, and I think you know that deep down.

There will always be some one off cases like you mentioned, but as a general rule (not the exception) if you're in the hospital sick and critical, you're being tested for the coronavirus, as hospital staff doesn't want to risk contracting the disease and aren't taking any chances. Thus, the death toll from this thing is pretty accurate, I wager, again with the occasional one off case.

I wish my mother wouldn't go out (she is a breast c-word survivor from just this year.) but I highly doubt deliveries can get to us. I tried getting a Lyft from a auto mechanic chain and they wouldn't pick me up. Took me two hours and no Lyfts... I highly doubt any delivery service would do it or if they did, the price is advantageous.

That's been worst case for some cases of recoveries. This has not been the reported case for most, and I wager we'd be hearing much more about this nonstop if it was the case for most.

They failed to mention that China tried covering it up and caused it to spread.

Ivanka posted a nearly 3 year old picture of herself and kids sitting in a makeshift tent in their residence, encouraging families to bond, blah, blah, blah. Twitter responses have not been kind.

Why would she think anyone cares about anything she has to say, especially at a time like this?

That's true. Not everyone will be affected that way, but some will.
