The reason why there is so much uncertainty in terms of knowing exactly how many people actually have the disease is because COVID-19 tests are so scarce. It amazes me that smaller cities such as Singapore did so much of a better job at testing. Cuomo was begging for the tests, but Trump promised and never delivered, as is the norm with him, only this time it will cost thousands of American lives.
Trump doesn't plan for anything, which didn't prevent him from getting elected, but his lack of preparation for the imminent danger which doctors warned about 2 months ago.
If we had done massive testing, as other countries did, we could roll out a plan for all carrying 'negative' badges to go outside, as workers and consumers, while maintaining strict guidelines, which would at least partially help the economy. Has he even thought of that? I guess not...
