We should probably halt all immigration until the virus is no longer an issue and unemployment is back under 5%. Easy to do now since no one can come here anyways.

The worker visa situation isn't helped by Trump increasing seasonal h2-b visas by over 50%.

I suppose your idea of action was calling Americans racist for not eating enough Chinese food in February? Or how about Nancy Pelosi telling everyone to visit Chinatown around that time?

Ya, Nancy Pelosi really took action by trying to insert green new deal, stricter aircraft emission standards and more windmills into the stimulus bill. Lot of action from these ignoramuses. Id prefer democrats didn't take action on anything, because they almost always make the situation worse.

The following is only my opinion:

Those that stop at nothing in destroying America are the evil spoken about in the Bible. Isn't that right Nancy?

I would favor halt it until unemployment below 3% 12 consecutive months.

I just asked this in a similar thread but some people seem as thick as a bison and claim that the virus isn't changing much...

This seems a little misplaced. I understand there are some abuses as there are in any program but H1-B visas aren't easy to obtain. My company has a few of them in the owrks but they are for positions we have been trying desperately to fill but there is a shortage of the specialized degree we need to fill these positions. We have something like 186 positions of this type open and can't fill them. We don't like going the H1-B route but do have a few in the works given the extreme shortage of the doctosr we need. There aren't more of these doctors available now than before COVID-19. And the more doctors we have then the more support staff we can bring on board.
