Are you serious? That is funny. We recently wrapped up the debates between the Democrat 2020 hopefuls and early on when asked if they would give illegal aliens health insurance they all raised their hands. Who do you think would pay for that?
How about the Green New Deal? Medicare for all that would cost Trillions over the next 10 years?
When Trump and his people were trying to get aide to the public by handing them a check who held that up so The Kennedy Center could get a cut? Who is paying for that?
Back to the candidates the #2 also ran was a Socialist who is no doubt enjoying seeing the American people from the comfort of his estate, having to stand in line and wait for a roll of toilet paper. Talk about taking us all down a notch or two in the land of privilege, the land of plenty. Who is going to be paying for the destruction of the longest Bull market ever? We all know who is happy that it is over...
Trump is trying his best to help people. It is not his fault the virus crisis happened and even if he had responded a week or 2 before we would still be facing the same issues today.
I haven't got a check and probably won't but I still say Thank You Mr President for trying to give us some hope in this troubled time. Thank you for sticking your head out of your billionaire lifestyle to become the punching bag to the world and the protector of the down trodded and forgotten Deplorable Patriot.
If you get a check and don't want it because GASP it has Trump's signature on it then why not donate it to someone that could use the help and doesn't mind where it comes from. If you are worried about your kids future invest it now in the stock market because the only way is up from now.
Misinformed AGAIN........so many of you ------ Trump cannot by law sign the checks....he put his name --not in the signature -- in the memo lie.
Please remind all Democrats to rip up their stimulus checks.
Not a fan of Mnuchin but I was truly impressed he stepped and worked with the Democrats to get a plan that would pass in Congress and the Senate.
All Trump had to do was sign the bill that had passed except for a few hold outs who could afford to make a political message knowing that the bill was going to pass.
Like it or hate it,the following is only my opinion:
Thank you President Trump.
I got my check..................
You got my vote.................................
Why do you think he is sending checks to everyone?
Don't spend all my money in one place.
You are retired......? Are you living off of SS, pensions etc? If so, why did you deserve a check, when your situation has not changed? A friend of mine got one too, although his financial situation has not been changed in any way, except that he is spending less now than before.
Helping those who have lost their jobs is one thing, but just handing it out to everyone is nonsense.

If you are retired and have no pension I know how good $1200 can sound and he can buy your vote - at least that is the idea Trump has in his head. I wonder how many votes Trump is going to buy though as he has become slow disaster as far as I am concerned check or no check
Pelosi and Mnuchin worked on the deal. Trump would have been an idiot not to sign it.
He didn't develop the plan, he didn't negotiate the plan...he showed up and signed it.
So why not vote for the folks who did the work.

Very true. With that in mind, Obama never did anything either. And also with that in mind, then people have to stop blaming Trump for things they don't like. See how that works.
