Let's hope it doesn't get that bad.
I seriously doubt that we'll see millions of deaths in the USA. Across the globe, maybe.

That's what happened in 1918, but we're better prepared this time around. Still, unless we develop an effective vaccine or herd immunity, it could be rough.
I'm talking world wide clyde. Country can't take being on lock down for years. The planet has too many peeps so stuff like this is going to happen more and more as the planet keeps heating up at a rapid rate.

Something is in the works and some revolutionary new energy technology is going to be revealed. I'm thinking cold fusion will finally be revealed providing cheap energy will be given to us.
Oil won't be needed as energy so its going to be like firewood.

Interesting, I've never read anything scientific claiming that.

After your post, I still haven't.

Higher global temperatures will lower disease and give us all minty fresh breath.

No one indicated we plan on being locked down for years but we do need to change our habits because this isn't going to disappear.

There's no evidence the economy was on the verge of recession.

You realize OPEC doesn't set oil prices, right?

I hope you're not suggesting the State of Texas is an OPEC-member state, because West Texas Intermediate from Texas is the benchmark for certain grades of oil.

The Kingdom of Norway is not an OPEC-member state, either, and it is Brent Blend that sets the price of another class of oils.

Also, you realize that although OPEC does set quotas, OPEC-member states do not adhere to quotas and produce as much oil as they think they need to keep their economies going.

One gets the impression you have no idea what you're talking about.

Do you have some actual research to back this up? The doctors have said that heat actually slow CV19 from being spread, so not sure there is a correlation between warming temperatures and more viruses/bugs.

Actually i read the opposite, but even so, the summers in America are winters in Australia and other parts of the world. Just remember , it only takes a plane ride before we are back at it again.

There is much more nasty stuff than CV19 my man. Warmer temps mean more biting bugs to bring even worse stuff to places on the planet that have never had to deal with stuff like this miss.

The planet will see a rapid warm up over the next 1500 years. This is just a normal warming cycle as the planet has seen many times over millions of years. This is how the planet deals with over crowding with these super bugs that can kill billions. May too many living on this planet and needs to be cleaned up by a few billion.
