i have owed uso for years just brought 500 more a week or so ago, not a lot but took a significant loss. will probably buy more eventually will go back up but going to hurt until it does. USO has been pretty volatile the last few years, if your heart can handle it, its not bad lol.

Well, we've never seen the demand for a commodity bottom out like this before. When we shut down the country, this became inevitable as soon as storage capacity was reached. This is just one of the first major consequences of shutting down an economy that is not supposed to ever shut down. It's a miracle it went this long before this kind of thing started to happen and it's only going to get worse.

It's self inflicted. It can turn around as fast as the decision to return to some sort of normalcy.
