Once again, Northam shows what an ignorant fool he is. Will he make it to the end of his term...or will the people of Virginia remove him from office before it expires?

Read the link. He never said this. His medical person (Oliver someone) put out the information that the vaccine would take 18 months and this was not to be confused with Phase 1, which somehow got confused. They've corrected that information. The link is clear.
Cause it's one word. EMPATHY. Right wingers lack any sort of empathy. They cannot think of anyone else but themselves. To them...Covid-19 is nothing. If I don't have it? My inner circle of people don't have it? What is the big deal? It's nothing. Let those who have pre existing conditions stay home while the rest of us "live"
Guess what? The virus attacks everyone. Nobody knows how their body will react to it.
Nope, it's just that we're not willing to have 300 million people out of work and miserable until such time as the democrat machine says it's safe to return to life (which of course for them would be after the election).
The CV19 isn't "nothing" but it has been overblown.
Southern VA is still bright red, but the population centers in the north drive policy against the wishes of much of the state.
You're describing pretty much every state. Large population centers are typically clustered in smaller regions of the state, and the rural sparsely populated areas take up larger land areas of the state. If the urban population is proportionately higher than the rural population, then this will take place. This is how pretty much every other state is run. I can hear the people in Eastern Washington complaining about the people in Western Washington around Seattle.
that, and the fact it was the VA DHS guy that said it in the first place. How nice that the media chose to allow the correction, without bashing him incessantly for the misstatement.
And how would you know? You live in Co? I've lived in VA for 40 years and I'm very content with the present policies.
My daughter lives and works in McLean. That's how. Also, I can read, watch and listen to the idiotic, moronic policies like yet more gun control he implements. Pathetic.
