A photo from Gov. Ralph Northam’s medical school yearbook shows two men, one in blackface and one in a Ku Klux Klan robe and hood, on the same page as the governor.
The photo, which The Virginian-Pilot obtained a copy of Friday from the Eastern Virginia Medical School library, comes from the 1984 yearbook, the year Northam graduated.
On the half-page set aside for Northam, there is a headshot of him in a jacket and tie, a photo of him in a cowboy hat and boots and a third of him sitting casually on the ground, leaning against a convertible.
The fourth photo on the half-page has two people, one wearing white Ku Klux Klan robes and a hood, the other with his face painted black. The person with the black face is also wearing a white hat, black jacket, white shirt with a bow tie and plaid pants. Both are holding canned drinks.
I remember 1984, lot of those "costumes" happening in the south and VMI is about as "southern" as it gets. Have you heard that "drawl" on Northam? I will be interested to see how he handles this. Moderator cut: off topic

I'm interested to see how the Twitterverse SJW army handles it as well. Were he a republican there'd already be lots of demands that he resign. Does he get a pass like Byrd did for being a "reformed" democrat?

I think a lot of it will depend on how he responds. Also, Byrd was actually in the Klan, correct? (Sorry I'm not up on it).
I'm thinking that someone in 1984 thought two friends dressing as a black dude and a Klansman hanging out together was pretty funny. Very different from being in the KKK.

If the SJWs want blood for past sins then it shouldn't matter whose blood it is. If you give a pass for those with whom you agree with then your entire argument falls apart.

The NPCs are short circuiting over this one. They can't figure out what to do.
This one is actual blackface and not the "darkening of skin" kind.
Maybe he was in dress rehearsal for a local production of Birth of a Nation?
