Your stimulus checks?

For those of you who are getting the stimulus money, what are you doing with it?

We’re putting half of it back the rest is being used to pay bills and do some work on our house while we have the down time. Sadly we had to apply for food stamps never been on any kind of government problem and while I don’t like it. It’s helping us out. Still rather be working.

owe a few hundred bucks on a credit card i want to payoff the rest i have been spending. Trying new local restaurants that type of thing. My income was not changed during this time so i want to spend that money trying to actually stimulate the economy a bit with it at some local businesses(that are open anyway). Also being /cough cheap i general don't try new places so since its "found" money i get to experiment a bit on somebody else dime.

Truck needs new tires. Gonna put the tires on the Firestone CC, get an additional 5% using that card and then 10% for military...wait for the first bill and pay it off. The rest....no clue.

I'm hanging on to it, for when the government wants it back.

Hopefully it goes to support local small businesses. The larger corps are already taking most of the CARES Act funding. I guess that's why they had to rush the bill through so quickly, so nobody would notice?

As I said we got on food stamps for a bit. I’m not getting a lot on unemployment they didn’t take into my current job only the one I had briefly last year. If it wasn’t for the food stamps and the stimulus we would be hurting. My wife’s not getting anything she’s 1099 and she didn’t make enough last year to get a stimulus check.
