The orange maniac has continued his assault on democracy today by claiming that the Democrats “cannot” legitamitely win the 2020 election.

What I want to know is whether there are any Trump supporters who can see how disturbing this rhetoric is and how it will only serve to undermine freedom and our system of government by the people. This is directly out of the dictator’s playbook. In Venezuela Maduro lost an election but instead of respecting the will of the people he declared the results illegitimate and tried to hang on to power.

Even if Trump doesn’t try to stay in office, should he lose and reject the results he will undermine faith in our electoral system with a lot of his low info base that now regards truth as whatever flows out of his piehole.

This man is the greatest threat to American freedom in the world today.

I hope the brave men and women charged with defending the US from all enemies both foreign and domestic are ready to act should it be needed.

You have it backward, the Democrats cannot accept the fact that Trump won. It’s been 2 years now.

Negative. Nearly everyone in the country accepts the fact that under our system of rules governing elections (the electoral college etc), Trump was the winner of the 2016 election.

Negative. I have never advocated for overturning the results of the 2016 election which was won by Trump.

But you are the second Trumpist who is blind to the danger his rhetoric represents. Curious to see if you all share that blindness.

Exactly, everything this country has put up with for 2 years now is 100% because some old hag didn't get her turn. We are all paying the price for democrats failing in 2016.

Tell that to all your "not my President" buddies who disagree with you.

Trump lays the groundwork for rejecting 2020 loss

Sadly, this was predictable. He did the same thing last time when he thought he would lose. He also threatened violence if he did not receive the Republican nomination. He knows the odds are against him, and he needs to prepare his sheeple now.

This is doubly important because once Trump is out of office he will be liable to prosecution for any Federal crimes. Trump will need to have enough political sympathy in his Republican replacement to finagle a pardon, so he has to amp up the base to primary any Republican who might allow him to go down in flames.

Trump always finds ways to divide the people, and his self-serving damage to our society could easily last beyond his lifespan. The man is a plague.
