What's really weird is both Comey and Mueller are Republicans and yet the right wingers here are acting like those 2 are on the other side, like the justice dept only works for a dem president. How strange...it's almost like a bunch of people never passed Jr. High Civics.

Schiff and Nadler should call Judge Sullivan to testify along with AG Barr. Both Nadler and Schiff are Lawyers (apparently they missed some important classes in Law School) - perhaps both the US Attorney General AND a Federal Judge can explain some Law to them.

Adam Schiff should be expelled from the House of Representatives for his repeated, treasonous lies about nonexistent “Trump-Russian collusion.”
It will never happen because elected Democrats and the people who elected them have as much integrity and honor as Schiff does—none at all.

You're right, The judge has the final say.
Barr is angling for a pardon. I hope he gets it. If you accept a pardon, you confess to the crime. That will open him up to testify before assorted Grand Juries and hearings in the House and Senate, without benefit of the Fifth Amendment to dodge an inconvenient question.
As Jeffrey Toobin has said, "the fix is in" Is this really any surprise?
