If you think that food distribution channels top the public aren't included in national security protections, then you live in some other world than the real one. In other words, he absolutely has the right to buy food and no court in the land would enforce a challenge to that right.

Not in super markets. Conflating common restaurant signs with supermarkets doesn't assist your credibility.

Moreover, masks availability isn't ubiquitous and they can't deny consumers access to the end of the food distribution channel. Again, its that pesky national security thing that tends to want to prevent mass starvation and the resulting breakdown of government.
