Our laws should apply evenly but they never will. I do think Obama orchestrated the frame up of Flynn and was doing his best to set up a coup d' etat but he'll never be held accountable.

ShockerRoo ...... it's been clear for a long, long time that there is a Two Tiered Justice System in the USA .... the Political Elite (our betters, doncha know) decide who gets the Get out of Jail card and who gets the Slammer.

It has always been an unwritten rule in the DOJ that it just isn't done to investigate, much less prosecute the former Administration ... and the next Administration will return the favor and not investigate the present Administration.

It's OK to play "pranks", deface the White House, steal keys from key boards, steal stuff or mix up all the phones. That's just "good fun" . It's certainly not OK for the FBI-CIA-NSA and the President of the United States to collude in either determining an Election through Illegal means and Abuse of Power or attempting a Coup to remove a President.

Bottom Line -- this is why the DOJ is moving so slow on what we are now learning the proof of some of what happened ... Barr is between a Rock and a Hard spot. Obama can't be charged with anything, can't be arrested .... the Leftists would BURN this country down.

On the other hand -- there has to be accountability and the real trick is probably if ONE falls, they ALL (mostly)fall. The irony is that they would have all gotten away with the before Election stuff - the spying, the law breaking, the 85% WRONG FISA Warrants .... IF they had not convinced themselves they could take down the Trump Administration by continuing these same actions. Donald Trump knew about the phony warrants & the spying - NSA Rogers tipped him off in the Transition and Trump immediately moved out of Trump Tower. He would have shrugged it off - after all, he WON and he was primarily interested in Moving his Economic Agenda. He had not idea how many were involved of course, that the DOJ was so infested.

Some will pay for their treason -- Obama won't be among them.
Some will make deals to attempt to save what's left of their careers, others will fall on the sword.
