So, joe biden, who has been in congress for 40+ years, and 8 (combined congress and vp) as vice president, is somehow miraculously going to fix everything, that has happened, and this current virus would not have ravaged the United States...

If the American people want drama and good TV, vote Trump out. Watch what he does from November 4th to January 20th. It will be must-see TV.
I'm seriously concerned about what Trump might do, during that lame-duck period. Those 78 days will be his most dangerous, as that will be his last chance to destroy this country. As a child would do, by breaking his toys, rather than having them given to someone else, he could wreak catastrophic damage. Thankfully, the opposition holds the House majority. A worst-case scenario, would be if the Republicans retake the House and retain the Senate, but Trump loses. When the new congress is seated on January 2nd, he'd have 18 days left, to do his dirty work.
