I see no point in discussing a vaccine until they actually manage to make the world's first successful and safe vaccine for a coronavirus. There's lots of reasons why they've never managed to do so before, and those reasons didn't go away simply because there is a massive outbreak.

No, unless FORCED to do so.

However, I am not anti-vaccinations. I have had all the required vaccinations and so did my kids, but I am against flu vaccines (for example because I know COVID-19 is not the flu) because, from what I have read, there are just too many strains and most years they might not even be highly effective. For example: https://www.aafp.org/news/health-of-...erimfluve.html

Rather silly premise, as no one in the US has ever been forced to receive a vaccination. Sometimes consequences arise for refusal (e.g. cannot work in some healthcare settings without vaccinations or attend public school) but one always has the choice.

Not at all.

First run of vaccine likely to be beta variations anyway. Give it 8 evolutions and a 100% absolute guaranteed cure rate then I may at that time elect to consider it.

I've been doing flu shots since they came out- I also did the Shingles ( my dad had it ) and think Pneumonia for over 65. I have not had the flu since 1978- I'm good with a vaccine for Covid 19--- they have some good ideas out there but maybe in 6 mo before they are sure want to inject all. I am not afraid of it

I'm not an anti vaxxer by any means.

I've had flu vaccines but I don't get them every year.

I'd think any mandatory edict would be immediately challenged in court....

But as for myself, I'd probably get it because I'm a high risk essential employee..

But even then, the Devil would be in the details.

Any vaccine that had Bill Gates involvement in it would make me raise an eyebrow and think long and hard.

In that event..........

You go first.

I'm assuming "they" is the government. They don't have to mandate it. I will be in line to get it. In the past year, I received the flu, shingles, pneumonia, and whooping cough vaccines. No issues with any of them.
