The virus is still circulating. I everyone who is still susceptible stops isolating then there will be more potential victims for the virus to attack.

Not all of the vaccine candidates will contain whole virus. Of those that do, the virus will either be inactivated (killed) or attenuated (weakened). What difference do you think its being an RNA virus will make?
Everyone has the right to their own personal health decisions, even if it's reckless. But those rights end when it affects other people's rights. So if a proven vaccine is available and a person refuses to inoculate, then public gathering places such as schools, stores, offices should have every right to deny entry on the basis of a menace to public health and safety
YES!
I fail to understand why anyone would NOT take a COVID-19 vaccine that was demonstrably successful ... because of some strange idea it would violate their personal 'rights' or 'their health morals against vaccines' (??)
The notion that the government might 'force' everyone to take a COVID-19 vaccine seems like a false narrative. Not sure why they would do that, if they could.
I can see the case for taking some form of action against those who test 'positive', yet, refuse a vaccine, quarantine or some other form of enforced isolation from non-infected people.
Yes. I value my life and that of others around me. Vaccinations have long protected us. If the vaccine is shown to be safe and effective through the usual scientific/medical studies, I would take it.
I am not so-called “anti-vax†as you are more than welcome to go ahead and get one. I want a 100% guaranteed antidote, not to be confused with a vaccine. A 100% cure. Nothing more. Nothing Less.
There is still no 100% cure for regular flu. If there were, why would be have deaths every winter? There is still no cure for the common cold, which is also a corona virus. I sincerely hope that a cure comes out of the research. But avoiding the vaccine and holding out for a cure means that you will be unprotected for a very long time - probably years.
There are too many unanswered questions about this disease and too much politicization around the origin, the outbreak, the reaction, the (mis-)management, and damn near everything else. I'm generally an advocate of vaccines, but in this case not just no but Hell NO! My body and no one else's. No testing. No contact tracking. No Vaccine. For me or my family. At. Any. Cost.

And I'm not playing the silly mask game either.
Didn't someone on CD put up a poll with this same question? I went looking for it and couldn't find it. Maybe deleted?
The polls are the only thing that actually count. People can bleat and yammer all they want, but everybody gets only one vote. That's how we get the real picture. All this other stuff is just drama. I'd create a new poll but I don't know how. Anybody?
Nope, no time soon. They have rushed production, maybe after a year or so.
