If you have your nose in only right wing media, then the pandemic is over and it's time to move on. If you read, research, and watch all media? The pandemic is easing in some areas, spreading in others and there are over 100,000 American's dead, and still counting.
Being lied to from the right about this pandemic is the norm. Trump blew the response early on by lying about it because it's all he had. There were no "all the best people" in place to handle this and he was very slow to build a team to do something about it. When you have no tools in your tool box what do you do? Focus on messaging and lie. It's the right wing playbook.
Read some, you might broaden your horizons. This SARS virus could be with us for a long time. Remember H1N1? It's actually still part of the influenza viruses that circulate every year. That pandemic was bad, but nothing like Covid, and we had a vaccine early on for H1H1. Imagine Covid being part of our lives forever. It's quite possible.
not only do we not hear about covid anymore, we see lots of ants of interviews and such from the "protesters", rioters and looters and I haven't seen a single question to them about the US recently crossing 100,000 deaths due to covid--why not?
You may be incapable of staying on topic, but news reporters are not.

It's on the main page of the Washington Post every day. There's even a tiny link on Coronavirus coverage on Fox News. Doesn't fit the OP's narrative though, but we all knew that.
Why don't you turn on your TV to any news channel. Let's see what kind of news they are broadcasting.
Log in any main page social media and lets see what kind of news they are posting.
Just wait a couple of weeks, it'll be back on the front page again when all of the new infections from the re-openings, the protests, and the rioting are counted.
