Why are most cities in this country that are medium sized or larger run by Democrats?

Because Republicans suck. White Supremacy, white nationalism, Nazism doesn't play well in American Cities.

When people live in dense population centers they become Collectivists, Leftists and fake Progressives. Also cities attract the poor and minorities for the purposes of Welfare and Section 8 housing. All vote Democrat because it either makes them FEEL good, or they want STUFF or both. That's all.

Yes. And look where most of the bad **** happens in this country. These horribly run cities. NO thanks. I will stay well away from them, where things are FAR BETTER.

I see. So, does this theory apply to cities in Canada, Australia, and Europe, too? All just a bunch of lazy, "collectivists" that "want stuff"?

You live in a city, do you not?

People keep re-electing them. Some out of duty as if this is what we've been doing for centuries and its a tradition, and they don't think for themselves.. they just act like a robot.

Because they do a good job of blaming others for their failures causing simple minded people to keep them in power.

The party that have ruled the city for nearly 5 decades who caused the situation in Minneapolis will likely do even better after this next election ensuring nothing will ever change.

The former prosecutor who let the murderer cop go previously will be voted for by the same people out protesting if she's picked as VP.

Their bread and butter is banking on the stupidity of poor people, and no one does it better.

Because the Republicans screw up everything they get their fingers on. Just look at the current mess in the White House and Senate, both GOP controlled. When we had a Democrat in the WH, things were prosperous and peaceful, and then along came Trump !!!

I think there is an element of surviving feudalism in those countries, were people tend to look to their government for things including their rights. I 'm not saying they are lazy, but just have a different mindset

.
Oh. Okay.

To the best of your knowledge, do very liberal cities like London, Paris, Vancouver, Toronto, Montréal, Sydney, Melbourne, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, etc have the same problems that you cited as problems existing in American cities?
