A ~15,000 Americans ( the top .01%) are controlling ~330 Million others.

The top 1% do too, but to a lesser extent than the top .01. The top 1% support the policies of the top .01, so they are also guilty....w/o the top 1%, the top .01 couldn't carry out their agenda, so the top 1% are facilitators.

The 99% do not have enough wealth or income to buy politicians, and shape policy. I know...I'm a top 2%'er. I might be able to get a local zoning change through the County P&Z office, and that is all I'm capable of doing with the wealth have. I can't play in the game of national politics w/o banding together in a large group w/ other 2%'ers....like PAC's do.

The wealth gap is growing out of control. We need identify the laws that promote it, and change them.

Here are a few...you've hear of them many times:

-term limits
-anti-lobbying laws
-campaign finance laws (eliminate dark money)
-shrink the size & power of the federal government
-tort reform (losers pay)
-end continuing resolutions to fund the fed gov't.
-balanced budget amendment to end deficit spending
-change Corp governanance laws in response to new investment instruments

after ww1 was a very strange time in germany...the German general staff had assumed dictatorial powers durring the war..there was no experience with democracy, real power had always been with the kaiser..in the 1920s and 30s all political parties had there own militia and socialist battled communists battled Nazis in street brawls constantly....

Hitler thought all human struggle was a racial struggle for dominance...hitler enjoyed having a monarchy...mussolini started as a comunist and is said to have invented fascism which is simply a partnership of governance and business..

the republican approach has always been to help business which could be called fascism lite...the left has always been to help the common man at least in modern times..china and russia are more authoritarian then anything else....

some people dont seem to read much history and rely on dubious ****-eyed versions from fringe authors
t

when trump has a trump youth organization as Hitler had control of the minds of hitler youth i will start worrying

Wow - and the top 1% live where? In mostly Democrat cities - guess you better go talk to them about not sharing their wealth!

You’re right in the fact that the political left has abandoned workers issues and economic problems. There is a left, but they are more fixated on social issues that don’t really see their way into the economic realm. Some people who consider themselves to be on the left seem to be on board with siding with corporations who will put their workers in danger, applauding corporations who do the right virtue signaling, while ignoring how they treat their employees and the lack of union representation.

The working class coalition of the left is dying, it is being replaced demanded capitulation to their ideas of social justice, while ignoring the power brokers in society who go along with the program. I actually agree with some of these “social justice” initiatives, just highlighting that the mainstream left is starting to abandon working class issues that unite a great deal of people.

How about this:

From what I’m seeing here, it appears that the extreme left and the extreme right start to resemble each other, to the point of being almost indistinguishable.

While the extreme left and extreme right both encompass only a small minority of the population, they make enough noise to drown out non-extremist voices, giving them outsized influence, relative to their numbers, hijacking any conversation.

You think the left is corrupt or done or over? The left is fascist? You're deluded. The right is the epitome of fascism, in a Mussolini fashion. They aren't Hitler yet but that's where they're headed.

ORIGIN. Corporatism (“corporativismo” in Italian) was one of the cornerstone principles in Mussolini’s fascism, and had to do with the way society and the economy would be organized, with state power at the head of a system of corporations (“corporaztione”) representing each major industry.

When corporate power and government partner. It's not just the definition almost exclusively used for Hitler. That's what everybody thinks. The current party in power is most like Mussolini.

Let's see:

The left wants to increase minimum wage to $15, don't care about corporation problems.

Not one democrat voted for the 14% corporate tax cut.(Wealthy now pay less in taxes than the middle class.

And the DNC's goal for their candidates was to not take corporate money, all grass roots.

The repuclicans:

14% corporate and wealthy tax cut, so 400 richest families paying less taxes than the middle class for the 1st time in over 100 years, 91 fortune 500 companies paid 0 taxes in 2018.

They've blocked minimum wage for 10 years, 7 under Obama, to the point the working poor are starving, 25% of our people suffer food scarcity. They don't give a flying &^%K about the people. They kicking people off food stamps during the country lock down when everyone lost their jobs. They are so cruel, I don't have words. They were warned about cruelty by the UN, once for what's happening at the borders, and economic policies that enrich the rich and hurt the poor. Warned twice in 2 weeks. Your party sucks pathologically.

They removed consumer protections so the corporations can price gouge us

They rolled back environmental regulations so corporations no longer need worry about disposing of waste or keeping air breathable.

Then when anyone suggests corporations and wealthy need to pay their share of taxes and a living wage, they scare you all, if corp and wealthy have to pay more then everything will cost more, people will be out of jobs and it could collapse the market/economy.

Who would really think fairness, decency and humanity would crash the market and economy? Doesn't make sense when you think about it, right? If life makes any sense, republican greed should not have more incentives and rewards than doing the right things. "It will be the end of the world". Republican Non sense.

They even have you all believing that tax cuts to corporations and the wealthy is the best way to stimulate the economy. LMAO Nothing could be further from the truth. Non sense. Does nobody bother to confirm that? Talk to any economist. And every time they are in office they cut taxes to rich and corps, deregulate, businesses do all their scheming under a Republican president and a democrat has clean up after the smash grab greed fest.

Now Trump is targeting an anti-fascist group. Did you all ever ask if he could be a fascist leading you all to fascism while you dopes think youre fighting fascism. While he keeps you busy angry at people, immigrants, the poor, democrats, fighting non existant groups like Antifa while youre all trying to convince people of things that haven't mattered since 2015. Lock her up. Lock her up!!

It is the peak of irony.

The left is dead? LMAO, some of the best politicians the party has ever seen are in the democratic party now.. What do you guys have, Nunez, Lindsay Graham, Ted Cruz? Jack asses.
Watch AOC's greatest hits on yourtube, it's longer than an hour, all short clips of her destroying the republicans. She's the most talented, brilliant, humble politician I've seen in a long time. She skewers them, its not even close to a debate or banter, they leave feeling guilty and trying to pick up the pieces of their ego. It's hilarious.

The left is dead? The left is fascist? Don't use words you don't understand like "fascist".

Get a life, get a clue, say no to fascism.
