At a time - where the people are objecting to the unfair treatments of the black community- to turn and say all lives matter is to minimize their cry. Timing. All about timing and yes intent -

What unfair treatment would that be? Blacks killing other Blacks in inner city gang and drug trade violence? That unfairness?

Or is this all just Media and Democrat HYPE to stir up people prior to the election?

That being said, retorting that All Lives Matter is just a snarky come back from both white racists and white people what may not be rascist, but dont agree with the tactics or associations of the Black Lives Matter organization.

They have been way too close for comfort to some questionable allies and for many they will forever be associated with the police shootings in Dallas and the cries of frying pigs up like bacon.
They need to focus on the ~94% of black lives being lost to black assailants and then they'll have some creditability that it is not just a political activism based on fallacies and race. Then if you read what their demands are, it's atrocious.

Black Lives Matter is a movement that is anti-police and excuses black criminality.

Therefore, it is definitely racist.

I don't find either phrase racist, but then again I am not a Democrat; nor support the stupid cancel culture they have going on now.

IMO Black Lives Matter is too exclusive, and in and of itself does not solicit much compassion, understanding or empathy from others not directly affected by its message.

I actually liked the many slogans of the Gay Community - they were original, inclusive, and positive. Many were even witty.

"Love Is Love"

"Love Has No Labels"

"Love Is About Love, Not Gender"

"Out Of The Closets and Into The Streets"

"We're Here, We're ***** - Get Used To It"

Both phrases have become conformity and signalling exercises---each for their own side. They no longer mean what they literally say. My answer is that I will not participate in compelled speech of any kind.

Neither are racist.

'Black Lives Matter' is making a point about systemic racism and police brutality focused on black people.
We all know that All Lives Matter, but all lives are not being targeted by the police, so saying All Lives Matter at this time undermines the Black Lives Matter message.

That's all this is about. Support Black Lives at this time.

Blacks are NOT unfairly treated at all in the US. In fact, they are favored in terms of hiring. Companies have for decades tried to hire more blacks, but some careers are just not appealing to blacks.

The only thing holding back blacks is themselves and clinging to a culture that glorifies rap musicians and celebrities, a culture that abhors academic achievement, one that promotes absentee fathers, speaking in ebonics and being unwilling to speak Business English in a professional setting, and lastly, because of their HUGE chip on their shoulder over slavery, many have a poor work ethic, thinking it cooler to work as little as possible for full pay. Apparently, to be a good employee is being a "uncle Tom" and obeying "the man".

Here's a true story from NJ. A company searching high and low for a black candidate for a job. He's hired with great fanfare. However, over time he is chronically late for work and also calls out sick frequently. Finally, they decide to fire him. At his exit interview, he tells them that they can't fire him because he is black. Their reply to him was... we hired you because you are black, we are firing you for being a terrible employee.

BTW blacks are not the only group to be enslaved at some point in their history. Human beings are by nature bullies. Urban blacks bully each other through their druggie street gang social structure. In Africa, there is still genocide and slavery being committed by black tribes against other black tribes. So how is all of this solely the fault of the white man? And African countries were better off under colonial rule.

There are plenty of videos of white men being killed by police for no reason at all - google them.

This is not an issue of systematic racism, it's an issue with police brutality. Police brutality may affect Blacks more, because they live in high crime areas, are more likely to act stupidly, and some white cops will have subconscious racist thoughts about them. But police brutality still affects everyone. The media just chooses to highlight the unarmed blacks killed by white police officers because it fits their narrative.
