[Washington State Patrol Capt. Ron] Mead told reporters that protesters had shut down the interstate for 19 days in a row. He emphasized that the freeway is “simply not a safe place” for pedestrians, and said he hoped protesters would cease what he termed “unlawful behavior” in blocking the interstate.
It was not an official road closure. They were illegally on the freeway. The "barrier" was their stupid cars parked on the freeway, sideways. The driver should not be charged for this. They were breaking the law by being on the freeway without a permit to "protest".

I'm going to be watching this after what just came down in Buffalo NY to the woman who ran into a barricade of police officers during the night of one of our riots.
The black, Muslim, Somalian, illegal immigrant with pirate and terrorist ties ... and apparently white supremacist ... ran over two protesters who were not doing anything dangerous or illegal whatsoever ...
He is right. It was a bunch of lesbians, the 2 victims also identified as "non binary", whatever that means.
It means they are/were very disturbed individuals.
