I don't know of any statues of Jefferson or Lincoln being 'torn down'.
Could it happen? Yes, anywhere, because it is a local matter and any city or town can move or replace or retire any public monument at all, but I haven't seen one news item for that so it must be rare.

It's the kind of thread a Chinese bot might produce to sow discord among us, or maybe some incel living in his mother's basement, or some hatemonger. It's not really meant to be taken seriously.

your ignorance of events doesn't mean they didn't happen.
We have a former totalitarian communist nation tearing down the statues of Lenin and Stalin, who personified the oppression of the Russian people and presided over the murders of millions.
In the US, we have the American left tearing down the statues of Jefferson and Lincoln, who personified liberty and freedom not only to the US, but the rest of the world.
The US is in the grips of a totalitarian force, liberalism, that seeks to destroy individual liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and every symbol of the men that preserved that freedom. It is "1984" realized.
Russia is building more statues to Stalin, whose considered a true patriot and great War leader, then again the Soviet lost around 25 million people in WW2.
As for Lenin he's also still revered, and when the Russians invaded certain adjoining regions in Ukraine, Lenin statues and Soviet flags started to reappear in these now Russian controlled areas.
Putin is a former KGB Officer, who despises the woke west and has a lot of admiration for the great historic leaders of the motherland, and what happening in Russia is the total polar opposite to the mess occurring in relation to the destruction of certain US historic and cultural artefacts.
