They park four vehicles across the highway and the oncoming car has to swerve around the blocking vehicles or else slam into them. Then the idiot protesters stand in the breakdown lane and on the edge of the highway just past the blocking vehicles. Idiots.
Note that two of the blocking vehicles are the typical white transport vans that blm seems to prefer using when shuffling their people around.
