Especially when the subject is being politicized, as this virus has been.

The ACA will save the average family $2,500 a year in insurance premium casts, everyone is saying so, so it must be true.

Weekly Average of Daily New COVID-19 Positive Cases in the Greater Houston Area

So you're trying to tell us to believe you and not what the data shows?
You appear to not know that positive cases rise on a graph until this data reaches a peak. Right now in the Houston area the graphs are trending upwards and have been since 09-21-2020. That's called an upward trend, which means cases are rising again, which means we are seeing a second wave hit.

It's really not that hard bu2. Why are you struggling with such simple concepts?
267-407-400-962-1598-1360-1776-2366 That was the summer peak. When there is a breakout, the trend is like a parabola.

Recently 1992-1701-1453-1415-1122-986-838-373-394-412, and since we started this discussion 497.

And the spring bounced from 415 down to 215 and back up to 400.

Simply no spike now.

And again-you claimed hospital beds were full. They weren't at more than 53% capacity back when cases were 2,366. Now they are in the 300s and 400s.

Once again you move the goalposts. Its a real simple concept. You are incapable of admitting your were wrong.

They say all masks are not created equal? I've been wearing a folded bandanas with positioned rubber bands attached. Husband gave me one of those paper masks. Surgical type with paper and blue plastic. Put it on and the sides were not flush with my face and had about an inch spaces on sides of it. Lot of air coming through! Air going out?

Wore to supermarket. It kept falling down on my face below my nose. Very annoying constantly pulling it up over my nose. Double wind the elastic on the ears? Besides hurting my ears, that might snap the elastic? One size fits ALL for SAFETY? lol Do they make these surgical masks in Kiddie sizes? Personally, I only care about gaining entry into stores but I don't want the damned mask to be falling off my face and pulling it up. I will stick with my adjustable folded bandanas even if not considered safe enough.

No one ever stated there was a spike. What I stated was there is a new rise in cases. A second wave is hitting the US right now.

Nope I said no such thing. I stated that hospitals are worried because beds were becoming scarce and they are worried due to the second wave hitting Houston.

The only one who is wrong is you.

Need a refresher?

You have so many wishful thinking folks on here wanting to see a conspiracy, but of course the flu isn't spreading! It's less contagious than COVID and we're all wearing masks and washing our hands. We can beat the flu every year by doing that.. and on top of that it's not even peak flu season yet.

Real science not only invites but demands questioning.

Scientism, the Religion of Worshiping White Coated Gods, quashes questioning.

Real scientists love to argue and debate all the time, everything from every angle. What we have from Matadora and Hooligan are none scientists, who don't understand anything, so they instead follow the scientists the society around tells them to follow.

LOL at the non-scientist posting silliness.

Science is science. It's not referred to as "real" science. I think you must be into pseudoscience and thus you are gravely confused.

America we have an issue.
