Every time it's come up for reauthorization, yes. I was not an Obama or Bush supporter either. Nor leaders is the legislation that keep renewing it.

Try reading the Patriot Act.

It gives the Feds authority to go after "lone "wolf" actors who may not be affiliated with any organization.

Essentially, it doesn't matter if Antifa is any kind of official group or not.
