This is what failed leadership looks like.

The ship is sinking fast.

Quote:
Republican governors have been holding secret conference calls to complain about Trump's chaotic coronavirus response

The report described the calls as "a sort of safe space where the governors can ask their counterparts for advice, discuss best practices and, if the mood strikes them, vent about the administration and the president's erratic leadership."

In recent weeks, cracks have appeared among Republican governors in their support for Trump's handling of the coronavirus crisis as the rate of infections has climbed in historically Republican states in the South and the West.

Again people. The federal government does not have jurisdiction over the corona virus response. The federal government is welcome to give guidance and help during this situation, but the ultimate authority as far as response and policy concerning the virus falls to each individual state. Why is it so many of you celebrate "state's rights" when one state or another is "sticking it to the president" on some hotbed issue, yet you suddenly want Trump to become a totalitarian ruler when it comes to this virus. You can't have it both ways. State's rights also equal state's responsibilities.

I wonder if any of them are starting to also think Trump made a deal with the CCP that he would do his best to ignore scientists' advice and spread their bioweapon if the bank of China cancels the debt he owes to them for funding his hotels...

So I guess President Trump is just in office to look pretty then? This has been the theme of the Trump Presidency....it’s always someone else’s fault. Blame, blame, blame. This is what failed leadership looks like.
