The SAT and ACT are highly predictive of college success. Anyone who denies this is a liar or doesn't understand statistics and ignores a glaring trend and looks at the very small percent of exceptions.

The NCAA requires D1 and D2 players to take either the SAT or ACT and achieve a relatively slow score. The score doesn't even have to be close to the national average.

The National Association of Basketball Coaches is officially calling the NCAA already low standards racist.

The current NCAA minimum score for the SAT is 400....which corresponds to a score that is considered to be so severely impaired mentally that you aren't trainable. There is a sliding scale based on GPA, so you would need a 3.5 for that. If you were to score the national average on the SAT - mind you that it includes even non-college bound kids - all you need for a GPA is 2.125.

Not having a standard of academic ability for getting into college promotes "social justice."

Colleges will do what they do, or some other nonsensical rambling from the left.
