Trump hasn't drained the swamp of DC because that would be impossible. He has taken it down enough that he has exposed the hypocrisy and the hatred of the Left. He has exposed and forced them to admit that they really do want to destroy America and rebuild it to their liking. Trump has also exposed how closely tied our mass media is to the Democrat party and that is the greatest danger when the news becomes the propaganda machine of one party and actively tries to undermine a sitting President.
Trump didn't drain the swamp and yes he may have added to it but what he has exposed is a great danger to the future of our country.
