What about the miracle of supply and demand rumours of which we've been hearing since infancy?

A great point in some ways. Im sure we will see lower rents out of this, but that wont change the reality that 1 in 10 of us is risking eviction. Right now.

40 million people at risk of evictions.......

And the democrats won't do anything to help them !!! Democrats believe that causing them pain increases their election chances !!! They are willing to gamble with the lives of people in need to try and win elections !!! We shall see how that works for them !!!

Not facing eviction... the wife and I have worked every day since this started but my leasing office was nice enough to allow credit card payments for the last 4 months that just ended. I took the opportunity to pay with my CC for the $42 cash back off my $2100 rent.

I didn't hesitate to take the free money because they sure aren't giving any rent discounts. Normally they charge a 3% fee for CC payments which negates my 2% cashback.

Keep cheering the lockdowns though! Good luck paying your bills! #TRUMP2020

This is the real October surprise waiting in the wings. This, along with the inevitable closing of the schools once the virus starts spiking, are going to be all anyone will be thinking about in November, as the numbers of dead continue to rise and people become desperate and afraid that they will be unable to feed their families or put a roof over their heads.

And no one will be blaming Biden for any of it.

Move in with friends and family, that'll stop the spread of a mass murdering disease.

Why would they blame someone who locked themselves in the basement ?
Its not like he is leading anything on the China virus !!! Most of what he proposed Trump has already done before he proposed it !!! China Joe is likely in the fetal position 23 hours of the day hoping he doesn't win election !!! He knows he's already in over his head !!!

They LITERALLY passed a measure 2 months ago and waited for the GOP to either vote on it or negotiate. And waited. And waited.

The GOP then at the last minute decided to come up with a plan.....a plan so bad it couldnt even get a majority in the GOP.

And you blame Democrats? Really?
