As of July 27, 2018, there have been 2,372 U.S. military deaths in the War in Afghanistan. 1,856 of these deaths have been the result of hostile action. 20,320 American servicemembers have also been wounded in action during the war.[1] In addition, there were 1,720 U.S. civilian contractor fatalities. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United...ng%20the%20war.
And, almost all of those deaths in Afganistan were under Obama and his idiotic surge. More than Bush, and far more than Trump. Great Peace prize winner that Obama ir

Trump completely failed America. He is an utter disaster and a disgrace. We all need to put country over party and get him the hell out of office. Everyone knows he is INSANE.

One of the best things to come out of the Trump years was Prison Reform, which was Jared Kushner's pet project.

As far as the economy, even without Covid, we were headed for a Recession that was unstoppable.

Dishonest thread.
So what do you make of countries like New Zealand? Australia? Taiwan? South Korea? who got this right. What about Europe? They're opening up without us. We can't go there now. They don't want us infecting their countries and rightfully so.

US News: " U.S. Health Chief to visit Taiwan, a Covid-19 Success story.

"When U.S. Health Secretary Alex Azar arrives in Taiwan he'll find a society that has managed to contain Covid-19 by doing things America has fumbled, such as HAVING A NATIONAL STRATEGY and citizens willing to wear masks. "

Whatever good Trump did has been erased by his botched response to Covid. This is an epic disaster and embarrassment on the world stage. Once upon a time the world would look to us to help solve these problems, now we're asking advice from Taiwan? "I can not emphasize enough the importance of leadership" I agree.

"supports kkk members" You DO KNOW the KKK was started by DEMS?

The dems SUPPORTED KKK official Sen Robert Byrd. The left NEVER criticized him. They will say, "he changed his position", so did Stom Thurmond, in FACT, he was one of the 1st to to have a black on his staff in Congress, yet they criticized him all the way up to his retirement

I know, details, details, details.

In my knowledge we haven't seen a crisis like this in at least a 100 years.
"he could have done better (and I do) about the Covid response," Tell us when we 1st discovered the virus and when did he STOP anyone from China from entering out country.

how many countries went on lockdown by Jan 31?

how many countries had gone on lockdown by March 1?

If you were roundly criticized on January 31 for locking down only the country of origin, how would you expect a total lockdown to be received?

You truly don't understand how math works...do you? R naught for this virus is greater than 1. Combined with the fact that many people are asymptomatic there can easily be a significant spread before you know what is happening. The virus WILL spread and it doesn't care about Democrat or Republican. In order to stop it you would have had to shut down everything immediately....and no, 14 days would not be anywhere near enough. And by everything, I mean everything. Do you believe Europe did a better job? In most of their countries, the deaths per million are higher and/or significantly higher than ours.
