They can but they won’t. Don’t blame the federal government. Blame the state, especially when our President offers to come in and fix the problem very quickly and the governors refuse and take legal action to keep the Natl. Guard out. Simply blame all of the whacked out crazy Liberal leaders of those states.
I do blame the mayors and governors. 100%. They are being hopelessly partisan by not letting the feds help. And they have a real soft spot for riots, and disregard for normal people. That much is clear.
