Quite a bit of speculation in that post, he killed one person and they went after him. Why is this a malicious prosecution, what do you have against the justice system deciding his fate. Kyle got a good head start when police allowed him a day to meet with his lawyer and prepare his story after shooting 3 people.
You do realize Kyle is a juvy, right?
I don't know how juvy works in WI, but here in California if a juvy committed a crime we don't send them to juvy detention center unless we have to. We don't even talk to them without the present of their parents and/or attorney.

Not one of my favorite of the Public Enemy songs as I'm not a fan of Flav's rap style versus Chuck D, but still relevant and fairly true especially for minorities.
Well there is that.
Except, the cops were parked right down the street in the direction that Kyle was headed. Their headlights were on and shining down the street. Everyone on the street knew they were there and they knew that Kyle was headed in that direction. There was no reason for them to try to take him down.
I can see trying to take him down IF he was walking/jogging down the street and randomly shooting people as he went, but he was not doing that. It is obvious that they were not afraid of being shot until he was attacked on the street and shot his attackers. Since they had shown no fear of him as he was walking/jogging down the street then instead of running in to attack they could have just driven him down to the cops and then pointed him out.
What is sick and perverted is victim blaming. Kid was defending his life. Two people died because they attempted to kill someone.
Sorry, but that 'stand your ground' logic doesn't apply.
He drove many miles and across state lines from his home and walked into a public situation in a strange city with a loaded weapon anyone can see. How are they going to respond?
The first thing people are going to see is a shooter in their midst, what should their reaction be? Were any of the people he shot open carrying?

He works in Kenosha which is suburban Chicago, like Antioch where he lives.

The leftist internet mob has really gotten its teeth into the "crossed state lines" phrase and is hanging on to it mindlessly like a dog with an old bone.
Can someone please explain what this is supposed to mean? It sounds like a line from an old Dragnet show. Are people only allowed to defend themselves in their home states? Will this be the norm in the new socialist U.S? Govt. permits required to travel as in the former Soviet Union?
The incident began when the mob became enraged that someone dared to stand in the way of their destruction.
I suspect that the baby faced teen looked to them like an easy and tempting target, a proxy for the police.
The deceased were in the wrong, not for the first time that day.

Lets face it, the left don't care about the truth. Now that it's come out that this is an innocent child, that defended himself from multiple attacks from a mob of thugs made up of convicted criminals, they are desperate to spin the narrative. And like anything else, when they lose an argument they play the race card. It's what simple minded individuals do when they can make no rational debate-they call people names.
So tell me, what are your thoughts of the word "vigilante"?
With self defense as an obvious affirmative justification? Absolutely.
But that's not been investigated yet... in a crowd situation he is an active shooter at the time it happened. You telling me an active shooter is not held somewhere until they can gather all the facts- because they are a minor??
