Given they tossed all the lower charges it’s sort of a lock at this stage if they aren’t back with a verdict in under 4 hours that it’s certainly a hung jury or risk of conviction. Any very fast verdict is about 95% acquittal

Okay I just heard/saw prosecution aimed an AR15 directly at the jury and had his finger on the trigger?!?!
Are you effing kidding me!!??
The guy is a liar, stating his opinion as fact, is inept and should crawl under his rock. One of the worst lawyers I have seen in years.

Yes.

Over an issue of the Zibinski 5th amendment right against testifying.

Asked the jury to leave the room to discuss; the prosecution will apologize for saying both Scibinskis.
