Did KR forfeit his right to self defense by fleeing the first shooting, then upon being pursued by a bystander (grosskruetz) who saw KR as an *active shooter* fail to stop/surrender for police to arrive? KR was not in police uniform and was perceived as an active shooter at the time GG confronted him. Was it reasonable for GG to perceive KR as a dangerous threat?
In the above scenario, does an *active shooter* retain his right to self defense? Or did he forfeit his right to self defense when he shot 4 times and fled the scene?
Answer honestly, did you even watch or follow trial at all?
Like poster Ferd said, your argument is nothing but a bunch of theories and “what if”. There is a reason why the prosecution team didn’t present your argument in court because it won’t hold water
Well the people with guns better have body cams. Since our politicians have made the police impotent and these lunatics can riot, loot, burn buildings, destroy businesses, etc., more and more people need to arm themselves. Police aren't there to protect and serve, outside of the politicians. People need to take matters into their own hands.
When you say "People need to take matters into their own hand" do you mean like the McMichael's did when they killed Arbery and video recorded the incident being used to prosecute them?
According to the Court tv attorney's a mistrial with prejudice is almost unheard of.
So is this level of rank prosecutorial misconduct. If there's convincing evidence the DA's office tried to suborn perjury as one of the state witnesses accused them of while on the stand, I should think that would seal the deal.
Seems the judge has the trial confused with a luncheon of some sort.
Indeed, a mistrial does seem called for in this sham trial.
The only sham is that Kyle is being charged with any kind of manslaughter or homicide, when:
...the video clearly shows Kyle not be the aggressor, attempting to retreat first, against domestic terrorists (like Rosenbaum, a multiple convict child rapist who deserved a death that was much sooner and much more painful) who were at the time engaged, verifiably, in mutiple acts of felony vandalism, looting and, arson.
Looks like the prosecutor has done a terrible job convincing anyone this was murder.
