And? So, that makes it okay to use a skateboard to injure, seriously injure or kill?
The first time someone was shot in all of the blm antifa protests? Nope.
Not the first time blm antifa tried to kill someone in that particular riot either.
Is that what Huber told you?
So someone swinging any hard object is grounds for the use of deadly force, what is the threshold. The word reckless is repeated in all these charges, he was attacked so his only choice was to kill?
You don't take fists to a gun fight. He knew the BLM would be armed, they always are. BLM is threatening violence right now if the verdict doesn't go their way.
Soooooooo, you're saying guns are more deadly than fists? Perhaps that's one of the reasons why people look to ban guns like the AK-47, and not fists.

If any reasonable person would fear for their life, then, it is grounds.

Yes, absolutely.
If you don’t believe me, go find a cop or armed security guard or armed person and swing a hard object (skateboard, hammer, baseball bat, etc) at him and let’s find out.

Especially when said mob has a history of curb stomping heads. No choice but to respond any way possible

Someone swinging a hard object that can kill? Yes, that is grounds for using deadly force against the one who'd chased him down and was swinging that hard object. Kill or be killed, right?

What would you have had him do? Running away and then running to the cops didn't seem to be an option. Give the mob his gun so they could use it against him and others? Didn't those who had chased and attacked him have other choices? Like, stopping Rosenbaum from chasing him, stop chasing him themselves, and, escorting him to the cops when they'd learned that was where he was going?

He did not have an AK47
