I didn't even look at the date. You could be right. The OP might have sneaked one in to fan the flame of violence. Or it's possible that the OP didn't even look at the date himself. All he needed was something to support BLM riots and violence.

I mean come on "one exception to the rule" seriously? This behavior should NEVER be accepted by anyone in law enforcement. EVER.
It's always the other guys fault.
This is happening under Trumps watch but but but Biden will allow the country to look like this if he is elected right?
Liberals sure are looney. Why are a majority of all these incidents seem to always take place in Democratic controlled areas? Police leaders hire the police officers and the mayors oversee the police chief. It’s a local issue. You can’t justify the miserable job the Democratic city and state leaders are doing so you try to blame the President.

Besides, can you show statistics where police shootings of Blacks over Whites is higher under Trump compared to Obama?

The worst part is that the sheriff will face absolutely zero consequences for being terrible at his job.

That video is heavily edited. So why would anyone bother to even comment on it without proper context?

Has nothing to do with Trump, it has to do with the cop being an idiot. On the other hand we don't know what transpired before the video started.

No kidding.

Take the Floyd incident. It took place in a state where Democrats have complete and utter control over the local and State legislature, the governor, mayor, city counsel, police chief, DA in Portland and Seattle too, are all completely dominated by Democrats. And yet the mantra from the left-wing media and Democrats is "systemic racism," and it's supposed to be all Trump's fault??????

So vote Democrat????? Voting for even more Democrats is supposed to fix anything, when we already have complete domination and control of government by DEMOCRATS in these cities?????

Ummm...Sacramento? "Trumps America" is the Capitol city of one of the top 3 leftist Democrat states. Nothing to do with Trump here. CA is ALL about social justice.

Seriously?! LMAO. Yeah ..hey did you know that $h!+ flows downhill? Yep. And Trump caused that. Wow. This new breed of leftist knows no limits of ridiculousness.

It is edited, so we don't know how long his hands were on his head or what he was doing before this. However, it pretty much seems as if the police officer was in the wrong on this one, especially since the department said they took disciplinary action.

If I was kicked while complying the whole time, I think I would have been somewhat surprised and I would have asked what I was doing wrong or something to that effect. I don't think I would consider it open season for a Rumble Royal with police officers. This guy didn't waste any time turning around to fight police, so I'm wondering what he was doing before the video cut at the beginning. If they were in a confrontation beforehand, the officer's actions would be more understandable. In my book, once you start not complying with a police officer's instructions, then they have every right to use physical force. If I was resisting arrest, then suddenly had a change of heart and decided to comply, I wouldn't be surprised if physical force was still used against me at that point.

If this is a left vs. right thing, I'd say this is pretty minor compared to burning down cities and nothing like the assaults coming out in videos from the rioting. The cop did act mostly peaceful until he kicked the guy.

Luckily, there are courts where you can dispute actions such as this and have legal recourse. Occasionally, police step over the line, so you have the ability to take legal action against them. That's how the system works. Who said police officers, or people in any other profession, were perfect? This is the price to pay to have a civil society not run by warlords or a homicide rate rivaling socialist Venezuela or Democrat-run Chicago. The alternative is the defund the police movement, which we got a small glimpse of during the illustrious history of CHAZ.
