There is no evidence as of yet that the shooters here were in any danger from the man they shot. So 'self defense' isn't warranted here, based on what we know.
The brief video shows the shooters as aggressors, and no provocation. He was wearing a hat with an insignia, that apparently, is enough to warrant a death sentence. So much for freedom of speech.
