Shot an unarmed man. And seriously stopped him for a bicycle violation? I wish they would do that to the spandex clad cyclists around my house who run lights and ignore traffic laws. Riding while black is apparently more serious.
Why leave out the fact the black man assaulted the officer? If he didn't do that and just obeyed the commands he would not have been shot.
Because of the deadly force triangle; weapon, opportunity (within immediate reach) and intent. Still fuzzy on the intent part, but certainly not unreasonable to think after punching a cop he made a move for it.
And if that happened, I would have expected the LASD spokesperson to have mentioned it - it's a pretty important bit, right?
I'm just sick of seeing black men being shot by the police. We see it far too often, and something needs to change.

What about change in violent black neighborhoods? What about change in not aggressively resisting police officers when stopped by them? Where are the talks about how to 'appropriately' interact with police in the black community?
What about waiting for evidence to debunk the Michael Brown "hands up don't shoot" lies before we riot.
What about the media not being propaganda for SJW BS? BLM protestors interviewed were asked how many unarmed blacks were shot by cops a year. The average guess? 1,400. Reality typically about 9 and half were physically attacking police. (More unarmed whites are shot and the media gives it less coverage). The protestors were asked the ratio of interracial violence between whites and blacks. The average protestor thought that whites kill something like 50 blacks for every white killed by a black person. Laughable as blacks are significantly more likely to commit a violent crime against whites than vice versa.
Why are protestors so out of touch with reality?
Is it not because the BS propaganda media blows up any white on black crime into a mountain before all the evidence comes in and down plays any black on white crime often giving it no coverage or hiding the races?
BLM has come out against body cams. They don't want any evidence of their behavior before they get shot.
Of course not. That's because around 90% of the blacks killed during their course of interaction with law enforcement are multiple felons, armed, resisting arrest, trying to flee, and/or just being downright combatant.

He for sure was not resisting the lawful commands of a police officer just prior to the shooting was he? If so its his own fault/////case closed
