It's always best to call in National Guard and put in curfews. Politically it was a failure for Portland, and Seattle Washington allowing it to turn into riots always a few bad apples in these protesters who want to burn the city down.

I saw that one guy was in cuffs if he was ID'd the DA could come back later and charge him using the video. Starting to remind me of Ukraine where people went into the streets with home made Medieval weapons using wood chains and nails.

I looked at it... the guy who was hit with the pipe (which was not the guy that fell) got hit on the helmet and kept running.
Sorry - not seeing the damage.
