Btw, when jobs do drug tests, they do panels for illegal drugs. They are not looking for insulin, SSRI's or Adderall. That would set an incredibly dangerous precedent - as if people with preexisting conditions don't have it tough enough, let's make it harder for them to get jobs, because we all know how understanding people are, right?
Yes, I assumed the OP's premise was based on testing for Schedule 1 & 2 drugs.
What about Cabinet members? What about Chiefs of Staff?
Sure. I'm cool with that. I'd include the local politicians as well with the exception being testing for weed in states where it's legal. But test them for everything else.
