Democratic candidate North Carolina Cal Cunningham running against Tillis (who just tested positive for COVID) admits to sexting and sending intimate messages to a woman who is NOT his wife...

North Carolina Democratic Senate candidate Cal Cunningham admitted Friday to sending intimate text messages to a woman who is not his wife — but said he would not drop out of one of the key races that will determine which party controls the Senate next year.

"Would make my day to roll over and kiss you right now," Cunningham wrote in one of the messages. Dates were not included in the screenshots. The woman sent a separate text message asking when she could see him, writing, "I want to kiss you," and later, "I want a night with you," according to the screenshots.

How cute (and hypocritical) to see Trump supporters trying to make an issue out of sexual shenanigans by politicians.

Given the behavior of the president with his mistresses, groping bragging, I'm not sure what the issue the GOP would have with it is. Let's not even get into his aides and advisors, wife beaters, cheating on wives and on and on. Trump helped establish a new normal and it isn't pretty.

Uh oh. That probably won’t help him in North Carolina. And trying to play the “but” game usually doesn’t work and reeks of desperation.

I wonder how the texts were discovered? Did his wife find them in his phone? Did his lover decide to make it public?

Funny, I've never heard having a sense of reality and holding everyone to the same standards called "the but game" before.

Slick Willie Clinton already established that sexual shenanigans are perfectly acceptable to the left, and in fact serve as a resume enhancement to them.
Why would they apply any moral standards now except to try to undermine the other party?

Honestly, I was very shocked when Weiner was forced out for sexting, except his wife was one of Hilary's "special friends".

Whenever you have to bring up another person’s name in a conversation that doesn’t involve this other person, you play the “but” game. I get that many do it and that you may think that it’s justified, but let’s not kid ourselves about what you’re doing.

I think you may be talking about Kennedy and Clinton - it's easy to get things messed up when you don't have your heads screwed on straight.

I don't get it. Weiner is high on the ugly list. I saw his chest shots. He looked pretty disgusting. What was the attraction to this guy?
