It should be criminal, is what it is. Putting Secret Service at risk in his car when he's symptomatic after his choices have spread the illness to dozens of people and put our national security at risk is not something to be proud of or look kindly upon. I wonder how much money our tax dollars spent on this little parade?

You don't know if Trump was sincerely trying to thank supporters or looking to get on TV.
True, we can't read anybody's mind and it's possible he did just think he'd do something nice for his supporters out there, but even so, I don't know how anyone could defend his decision to expose staff unnecessarily. He may consider the comparatively young, fit Secret Service agents to be at low risk, I guess, but IMO his judgment here leaves a lot to be desired.
