The truth is, BOTH democrats and republicans support the tough drugs laws in the US!


It was during Obamas term, that some of the toughest drug laws in history were created, (prescription opioid laws), not sure how the left can justify that!

Her job was to prosecute people who were in violation of the states laws. She was not in charge of making those laws.
She did the job that she was hired to do.

Uh, prosecuting or enforcing 'unconstitutional laws' is JUST AS BAD as those who create them!!!


'Just doing ones job' has never been an acceptable excuse!!

She is not the one that is responsible for determining the constitutionality of laws. In fact if the law is unconstitutional the best way to see it overturned is to have a case to take to the supreme court. Maybe some of those that were found guilty of those unconstitutional laws should see about having their cases pushed through the court system.
