I agree with Biden... we should not be sending people to prison for simple possession.. only if they are doing other crimes in addition. I'm not sure how many actually do go to jail. They should be given 3 attempts to rehab if possession is their only crime. I'm skeptically saying that because if it means more welfare leeches... they need to get jobs and support themselves. We need to teach them to fish, not just give them fish.
