It's a recently released Biden/Harris campaign video meant to get out the vote. Probably not intended for public consumption, and instead targeted to registered Democrats. (For example, I've been getting a ton of campaign videos in texts on my phone from local candidates' campaigns and PACs.)

Oh it's real alright. The question is, did Joe accidentally let it slip due to his dementia or was he being refreshingly honest in a video he didn't think would get wide distribution?
Anyone can see that Biden did not say what he meant -- but that is the problem. Does anyone truly feel comfortable with a POTUS who frequently cannot say a coherent sentence and often does not even know what he means to say?
I mean, Trump is bad enough, but Biden makes Trump appear to be an eloquent genius. (And we all know how true THAT is.)
